I just came to the drive thru. I waited 25 min in line after repeating my order several times . Once I got to eat windows I waited and no one walked up. At the second window there was a guy but he never acknowledged me. He just walked away and left me at the window. I assumed I should drive to the pick up window to pay for my sons happy meal. The bald missing dreads boy with the stomach bulging out with no name tag told me, "I have to pay at the last window. Since I didn't, I have to drive back around and wait to pay." I explained, I didn't know, the guy was there, I waited, etc. Another guy walked up and asked for my payment. As I went to hand him my card the missing dreads told him not to take my payment. He gone drive around." I was so patient until this 40 yo literally asked why are you still here? You not getting any food. Take your GAY a$$ on." I asked for a manager before it got to this. I was ignored each time I asked. I've never been this disrespected. Thank you for this experience.
This was the slowest "fast food" place I've ever been to. There were at least eight employees, and it took no less than thirty minutes to get through the drive-thru with only four cars in front of us. It was truly an experience. I've been to a few bad McDonald's in my time. This was absolutely the worst in wait time and staff rudeness. I don't like negative reviews. Most times, they're unfair, this is not one of those times.
I want to let everyone know how ghetto, disrespectful a employee was there yesterday. I have used this location several times And it's always been great. I'm not sure what happened yesterday but one employee feels they can curse, be mad disrespectful to guests if a customer uses change to pay focr a ice cream cone. One bad apple can SPOIL THE ENTIRE BUNCH. SHES LOUD, x,RUDE AND LACKS ANY TYPE OF professional services. I would love for the manager to pull up the camera video and I want an apology. She embarrassed my entire We h ruined it with her straight disrespectful mouth. Cursed for 20mins I asked for someone to review the footage on the camera because she claimed I threw money on the counter to pay for my ice cream. Totally inaccurate. She feels she's too good to pick up change. She obviously has issues and needs to be let go to find a job that better fits her. She doesn't like to bother herself with petty change. That's all I got. I will never go to that location if her face is there. I never experienced something so childish I DESERVE AN APOLOGY!! I HOPE YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO READ THIS REVIEW SO YOU CAN PULL YOURSELF UP. YOU LOOK RIDICULOUS REFUSED 40CENTS TO PAY FOR ICE CREAM ITS YOUR JOB!!!
Might as well shut down...the line all ways long. Customer Service sucks, food not fully cooked. They definitely don't care what you ask for they make it their way. No onions,( more onions) No Pickles ( More Pickles) etc. How can you serve half cooked french fries?It's on a timer...meat still pink. Lesson learned night crew should be fired and banned from McDonald's.
I'm starting by saying thank u sir to the manager who helped me. I tried to order a double cheeseburger meal, only to find out there's not a meal anymore. I asked when did that change? Only proceeding to be laughed at by several young ladies old enough to be my own! Mr. Manager sir came and helped me out and said he was shocked as well at the menu. Then proceeded to lay into ALL of the young ladies about disrespecting people! I commend u sir! These young people don't have respect,manners,or worth for themselves or anyone else! So thank you kind sir for turning my situation around. God bless you sir!
All I can say Chick-Fil-A need to give McDonald's some training on how to provide faster service, accurate, and freshness
Frappe machine is always down... which means someone is too lazy to wash the blender. Ordered extra fries with the kids meals and they gave me these small fries that my 4 year questioned who ate his food. No sauces in bag so I had to go inside to get sauce and so many customers were complaining about their food missing or the food quality. One customer asked who was the store manager and the girl that worked there said with the biggest attitude "I don't know and don't care" then walked away. I can already see the future of this location. Update: Found a bug on my kids fries!!!
the drive-thru is always super busy, so I went inside. I don't know why people want to wait in their cars when they could come in. it was clean and fresh and I got my food quick and it was hot. the employees were nice and it didn't look like any other McDonald's I've ever been in. if I could have stayed I would have eaten in.
